Greetings!

Ed's Lobster Bar is happy to send it's first newsletter to our valued friends and customers. We appreciate your patronage and look forward to continuing this very special relationship.

Please note our upcoming charitable events and recipe section. It is with great hopes that we can make this restaurant an open community where a thoughtful exchange of culinary ideas and values can be displayed.

Ed's Lobster Bar opened it's doors on March 16, 2007 to alot of positive "buzz". Since then we have consistently offered our best interpretation of New England fish fare as well as creating a dynamic beverage list. Six months later, you can find some familiar dishes prepared with the same care and seasonal approach that distinguishes our restaurant. You may now find a LOBSTER BURGER daily along with some other creative specials that make the chalkboard a fuller experience. We have included "cocktails" (our own version of back porch specials), as well as extended the featured wine list. In addition, Ed's Lobster Bar can be found in the 2008 Michelin Guide, Zagat, and Time Out NY's Eating and Drinking Guide.

Eat, drink and be merry! Choose your life, and respect the waters and the rich resources they provide.
